About this support
The Export Development Programme from LEO South Dublin is a two-workshop, two-mentoring-session programme for businesses with a strong domestic sales record but little or no export experience. Workshop 1 introduces the exporting process and online tools for identifying customer leads from successful exporters' experience. Workshop 2 covers engaging customers and selling online, messaging, positioning and reaching multiplier customer types, for both product and service micro/SME businesses. The page carries client testimonials describing practical templates and new business-model insights for B2B and B2G opportunities. It is run at LEO South Dublin's premises at the Work IQ Innovation Centre, Belgard Square North.
