About this support
The Digital School of Food is a free online learning hub run by the Local Enterprise Offices in the Dublin Region, supported by DIT and Enterprise Ireland, for food manufacturing entrepreneurs from start-up through to growth. It is structured around six themes covering planning a food business, routes to market, finance and costing, growing sales, expanding the business, and support from experts, with video lessons and mentor tips contributed by trade buyers from SuperValu, Musgrave and Spar, food producer Domini Kemp, and other experienced producers. It is aimed at food entrepreneurs and producers who want practical, self-paced guidance they can follow from home, office or kitchen. The course is accessed online via the Digital School of Food website.
