About this support
City of Dublin ETB's FET College Employer Engagement Unit works with employers and enterprises across the city to help them keep pace with a changing business environment. The unit gives employers access to CDETB's existing suite of education opportunities through online, part-time and evening provision, and can develop flexible, bespoke and tailored training solutions for individual company needs. It also hosts Traineeship Programmes across its centres, combining classroom learning with real workplace experience, so participants gain certification and improved employability while employers build a pipeline of skilled potential staff. Contact is made through the Employer Engagement Unit directly.
