About this support

ENFUSE is a free, award-winning LEO Dublin City programme that connects local enterprises with teams of Master's students from Dublin's universities. Running from January to May each academic year, enterprises complete a short online application outlining a challenge or opportunity, and ENFUSE coordinators match each selected enterprise with a team of 4-6 students from a relevant discipline such as strategy, marketing, innovation, tourism or finance. Between February and April the enterprise and student team hold around four meetings, in person or online, while students research the business and develop a tailored action plan, presented to the enterprise and lecturer by April. Selected projects go forward to the ENFUSE Finals in May, where teams present to a wider audience. Preference is given to enterprises operating in County Dublin, though enterprises elsewhere may apply, and student teams sign confidentiality agreements.
