About this support

The Export & Leadership Development Programme is run by LEO South Dublin and delivered by Optimum Results, a provider whose SME programmes have been recognised by the EU's European Training Foundation. It combines six onsite skills-development workshops with four one-to-one mentoring or consultancy sessions, covering business planning, leadership versus management, marketing, exporting, selling skills, eCommerce, profitability, cash flow and operational excellence. Participants produce a Strategic Plan for Growth & Export Development with an emphasis on implementation, and those who submit a Growth & Export Plan can be awarded the ETF's Advanced Certificate in SME Strategic Management. The programme costs €150 and targets business founders and co-founders building leadership and export capability.
