About this support
The SEAI Energy Academy is a free, self-paced online e-learning platform for businesses, covering topics such as energy and climate change, business and office energy efficiency, decarbonisation, energy management systems, energy audits, solar PV, heat pumps and bill analysis. Modules run 15-20 minutes and courses around 2.5 hours, are mobile-friendly and available 24/7. SEAI encourages business owners, CEOs, managers and facilities teams to join, and notes it is also useful for upskilling and retaining staff. Each module includes an assessment (75% pass mark), with a Certificate of Completion awarded. There are no entry criteria; content is introductory level. Access is by signing up on the SEAI website.
