The Owner-Manager Development Programme (OMDP) is designed specifically for owner-managers of established businesses based in County Wicklow and is delivered by trainer Blaise Brosnan, with the page noting that over 500 LEO Wicklow clients have rated it as one of the best actions they took for their business. The programme works through practical modules covering self-development and motivation, general management training, strategic positioning (including clarifying what business you are in, setting SMART objectives and applying the 80/20 rule), presenting the business to stakeholders, marketing and sales management, finance and business planning, keeping accounts and tax planning, pricing and costing, waste control, negotiation and time management, pensions and insurance, delegation and supervision, recruitment and employment legislation, and succession planning.
