About this support

LEO Wicklow's Mentor Programme matches the knowledge and entrepreneurial experience of practitioners with small business owner-managers who need practical, strategic one-to-one advice. Every application is assessed individually, preceded by a business needs analysis to identify the business's key needs and set mentoring objectives. The mentor listens, advises, helps identify problems, discusses solutions, assists decision-making, shares experience and can help compile a business plan, covering areas such as business strategy, financial planning, market research, marketing and promotion, production planning, distribution, corporate organisation and website planning. It is open to both new and existing businesses located within County Wicklow. To apply, a business contacts LEO Wicklow at enterprise@leo.wicklowcoco.ie with the subject line 'Mentoring eligibility', stating its sector and a short overview of the mentoring request, and a staff member discusses eligibility before proceeding.
