What this service helps with

Irish manufacturing and services companies in Cork City need structured support to achieve their first export sales.

About this support

Get Exporting is described on LEO Cork City's Training & Events section as a practical, hands-on programme to develop exporting skills, combining expert-led workshops, on-demand digital content and one-to-one support from export advisors and market specialists. There are no fixed start dates, so a business can join when it suits. The programme targets Irish manufacturing and internationally traded services companies with less than 10,000 euro in export sales per year to Northern Ireland or any other international market, and requires commitment from the CEO or a senior leadership team member. It does not currently extend to food and drink businesses, who are directed instead to InterTradeIreland or Bord Bia depending on turnover. LEO Cork City's contact details, at City Hall, Cork, are provided for local applicants.
