About this support

LEO Wicklow partnered with Full Circle Management Solutions Ltd, led by Simon Devlin, to deliver the Export Development Programme to LEO client companies scaling their export potential. Over 12 weeks (the most recent run was 8 September to 28 November 2025), a small cohort of up to 10 places meets in person in Rathnew from 10am to 1pm for workshops, alongside on-site diagnostics, 1:1 mentoring from senior export consultants and bespoke market research and prospecting in the business's chosen market. Participants build a clear export market focus and leave with a 12-month action plan they can execute immediately. It suits Wicklow-based businesses trading more than two years in manufacturing or a tradeable service with international potential, whether first-time, early-stage or experienced exporters.
