What this service helps with

Small businesses in Offaly need expert guidance to identify and close gaps in their digital systems and processes.

About this support

The Digital for Business support, accessed through LEO Offaly, gives clients access to expert digital consultants who analyse a business's existing digital systems, identify gaps against business needs, explore ways to optimise or integrate systems with new solutions, and guide implementation of new or enhanced digital tools. It has helped businesses reduce administrative burden, integrate CRM systems, meet regulatory requirements more efficiently, streamline digital customer experiences and gain better insight into performance, while supporting staff retention. It is open to small enterprises with between 1 and 50 paid employees that are established and trading for at least 6 months, are not clients of Enterprise Ireland or IDA, and are solvent and tax-compliant with current Revenue tax clearance. Businesses discuss and apply for the support directly with their Local Enterprise Office advisor, and a related Grow Digital voucher is open to those who have completed a project within the previous two years.
