What this service helps with
New and existing small business owners need a single local point of contact for information, signposting and advice on state supports.
About this support
As stated on its Our Services page, LEO Roscommon is the local first-stop shop for new entrepreneurs and existing micro-enterprise and small business owners. It is the front door through which information on state supports for small and micro businesses can be accessed and signposted, and through which other supports and bodies with relevant programmes, plus important local services and compliance requirements, can be provided. The office combines the functions formerly carried out by the County Enterprise Board and the Business Development Unit of Roscommon County Council, giving an enhanced local service to business. Business owners access this through the LEO Roscommon office at Aras an Chontae, and by phone or email, rather than through a single structured programme.
