About this support
The Monaghan Tourism Business Network is an economic and entrepreneurial support programme aimed at commercial entities in the craft and tourism sector, designed to promote innovation and competitiveness and support recovery in the tourism sector. It runs in three phases: a one-month Business Assessment phase exploring new ideas and identifying supports; a four-month Innovation Development phase involving structured training, extensive mentoring, network presentations, business branding support and reworking of brand story, packaging and marketing material; and a two-month Business Commercialisation phase involving evaluation and assessment of progress. The network gives participating Monaghan tourism and craft businesses a forum to be creative and generate new products or services, supported by bespoke advice, management training, mentoring, networking and financial supports, and to track their impact throughout the programme.
