About this support
LEO Cavan's Mentor Programme matches experienced business practitioners with small business owner-managers for practical, strategic one-to-one advice, preceded by a business needs analysis to identify key mentoring objectives. One-to-one mentoring is available to established companies, and in some cases new start-ups, with no more than 10 employees located in County Cavan; priority for new enterprises goes to those who have completed a Start Your Own Business programme. Businesses providing professional services such as doctors, solicitors or accountants are not eligible. Businesses apply on a case-by-case basis by phoning LEO Cavan to speak with a Business Advisor.
