LEO Kerry's Mentoring & Business Advice Clinics service matches the knowledge and experience of practising business mentors with owner-managers who need practical, one-to-one strategic advice. Every application is assessed individually, preceded by a business needs analysis to identify the business's key needs and set mentoring objectives. Mentors typically advise on business strategy, financial planning, market research, marketing and promotion, production planning, distribution, corporate organisation, and PR and sales, and can help with compiling a business plan. The service is open to both new and existing businesses located in Kerry and is fully subsidised by LEO Kerry. Businesses submit an application online, receive an acknowledgement email once it is received, and the application is then reviewed by the LEO Kerry team before a mentor is assigned. Practising mentors interested in joining the panel can contact the named LEO Kerry staff member directly.
