About this support
LEO Donegal's Mentoring programme pairs business owners and managers with a panel of experienced business practitioners for practical, one-to-one guidance on issues such as business planning, decision-making and overcoming growth challenges. Support is issued in blocks of 3, 6 or 9 hours depending on the complexity of the need, as agreed by LEO Donegal. Businesses must be set up in County Donegal to apply. Applicants complete an online application form, receive an acknowledgement, and are then contacted by a LEO Donegal staff member who assesses the need before appointing a suitably qualified mentor.
