Grow Your Business Programme - LEO Kerry

What this service helps with

Established business owners struggle to grow beyond a certain size due to a lack of strategic planning tools and time.

About this support

The Grow Your Business Programme is delivered by LEO Kerry as eight weekly 2.5-hour sessions for business owner-managers who want to grow their business, combining a mix of in-person and online delivery. The eight modules cover strategic planning and why businesses fail to grow, lean start-up and lean operations, the place of marketing in a growth plan, pricing for growth, managing an effective sales process, financial management and cash flow, building and managing a team, and developing and implementing a business growth plan. Participants complete exercises on their own business between sessions, attend additional workshops to support this work, and spend time one-to-one with one of the two facilitators, who have each previously grown their own businesses. Successful applicants are expected to commit to attending all sessions, and places are booked through LEO Kerry's online booking system.
