About this support
Grow Digital is the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment's national self-assessment portal for businesses of any size or sector. A business completes a free 5-minute online assessment covering areas such as digital culture, skills, operations, service delivery and sales and marketing, and receives a bespoke Grow Digital Scorecard with a digital-readiness rating, recommended actions and information on potential supports, training and funding options relevant to its stage of digitalisation. The portal also includes a catalogue of case studies from other Irish businesses describing how they used digital tools to become more competitive, efficient or customer-focused. It is intended as a starting point before contacting a Local Enterprise Office, Enterprise Ireland, IDA Ireland or Údarás na Gaeltachta for follow-on support.
