What this service helps with
Irish manufacturing and services companies need structured support to move from no exports to their first international sales.
About this support
Get Exporting is a practical, hands-on programme accessible through LEO Kerry designed to help businesses achieve initial export sales. It offers expert-led workshops, access to on-demand digital content, and one-to-one support from export advisors and market specialists, alongside the chance to network with a community of exporters and peers. The programme has no fixed start dates so businesses can join when it suits them. It covers assessing a business's readiness for international sales, identifying a target export market with a clear rationale based on buyer research and market analysis, adapting the company's value proposition for international markets, developing a specific sales and marketing plan, and implementing that strategy. It is aimed at Irish manufacturing and internationally traded services companies with less than EUR 10,000 in current export sales, and requires commitment from the CEO or a senior leadership team member; the programme does not currently extend to food and drink businesses.
