LEO Laois has partnered with Full Circle Management Solutions to deliver the Export Ready Programme, designed to challenge and support client businesses in scaling their export potential. The programme starts with an individual export readiness assessment, then runs three interlinked strands: three skills-development workshops (covering readiness to export into mainland Europe, market screening and selection, and sustaining export efforts), delivered online or in person to suit the group; one-to-one mentoring over 6 hours split across three sessions to build a bespoke export plan; and market outreach culminating in arranged sales meetings with two potential buyers, agents, distributors or wholesalers in the participant's target export market. Outputs include a tailored development plan, defined export objectives, key export and marketing skills, and a practical market entry action plan.
