Longford LEO has partnered with Full Circle Management Solutions to deliver an Export Development programme designed to help businesses scale their export potential. The programme begins with an individual export readiness assessment, followed by four half-day skills workshops covering export market readiness, market screening, meeting first-time export customers, and sustaining export effort, with Workshops 1 and 4 delivered in person at a venue to be confirmed and others via Microsoft Teams. Participants also receive six hours of one-to-one mentoring split across three sessions to build a bespoke export plan, and the programme arranges sales meetings with two potential buyers, agents, distributors or wholesalers in the participant's target market. It is aimed at Longford businesses trading over 18 months, employing at least 3 full-time staff, in manufacturing or a tradeable service.
