The consultant analyses the business's existing digital systems to identify gaps against its needs, explores ways to optimise current systems or integrate new ones, and gives guidance on implementing digital solutions such as CRM integration and more efficient, paperless processes. It is aimed at small enterprises with 1-50 paid employees that are established and trading at least 6 months, not already Enterprise Ireland or IDA clients, and solvent, operating within LEO Cork North & West's area. Businesses that complete it may go on to apply for the related Grow Digital Voucher towards implementation costs.
