Taste4Success Skillnet works with its member companies to identify and drive training and upskilling across the food, seafood and drink sectors in Ireland, aiming to meet business, people and performance needs. Its membership spans multinationals, large, medium and small indigenous Irish companies, and a growing number of micro and artisan producers, including microbrewers, involved in food, seafood and drink production. The network places particular emphasis on encouraging and supporting the development of new foods, new drinks and new skills, alongside broader business capability. Published training programmes include sustainable food tourism experience development, a "Connectsus" programme on reimagining sustainable, healthy and local food communities, and courses such as managing a food recall with confidence.
