Its member companies include firms that design and manufacture space hardware, such as those that produced the Video Telemetry Kit camera system used on the Ariane 5 launch of the James Webb Space Telescope. The network runs technical training courses relevant to electronics manufacturing for the space and aerospace supply chain, including IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards courses on soldered electrical and electronic assembly requirements and inspection criteria, with scheduled sessions run across the year. Membership gives companies low-cost access to this specialised training.
