Offaly Local Development Company, formed in 2008 from the merger of Offaly LEADER, Tullamore Wider Options, West Offaly Partnership and the Offaly section of OAK Partnership, operates from offices in Tullamore, Edenderry, Birr, Banagher and the Kilcormac Fiesta Hall. It runs an Enterprise and Employment pillar with a Business Development Programme and Business HUB supporting enterprise, alongside Social Enterprise Support, Craftlink creative-sector support, the Create Green Offaly training programme, Legacy Traditional Skills Training, social inclusion community engagement and rural development community planning work. Its Connecting Creativity hub at the Fiesta Ballroom supports sustainability-focused food, farming and creative-sector innovation. Support targets community groups, individuals and local businesses across County Offaly, with staff including a dedicated Social Inclusion Team Leader.
