County Wicklow Partnership CLG was formed in 2007 through the merger of Arklow Community Enterprise, Wicklow Working Together and Wicklow Rural Partnership, and is based at Avoca River House, Bridgewater Centre, Arklow. It delivers SICAP across the three municipal districts of Arklow, Wicklow and Baltinglass, the LEADER Rural Development Programme, TÚS and the Rural Social Scheme. A dedicated SICAP enterprise, employment and training team offers guidance to individuals from target groups exploring self-employment or seeking employment support, and the employment and enterprise section of its site details these services. LEADER supports rural community and enterprise projects county-wide, overseen on behalf of the Wicklow Local Community Development Committee.
