It promotes BPC Skillnet, its industry-led training vehicle, and produces an annual salary survey report available only to participating members, plus an active member discussion forum for peer queries. Access to briefings, surveys, working groups and Skillnet training is through paid Ibec membership, which also gives access to Ibec HR resources and sector surveys. Companies engage by contacting the association through Ibec to discuss membership.
