E Millstreet Enterprise Centre is on the Square in Millstreet, County Cork, and opened in January 2013 as a partnership between Millstreet Development Association, Cork County Council and IRD Duhallow under the eCentres initiative. It hosts seven hot desks and a large meeting facility for shared-cost, low-overhead working. The centre offers around-the-clock access, broadband, direct-dial telephones, a break-out area and comfortable meeting space. Hot desks are generally rented month to month, with a flexible option for day or half-day use, intended to let entrepreneurs meet peers in similar situations and reach state enterprise supports. It has also hosted community and Local Enterprise Office training events alongside its core business function.
