The Ludgate Hub is a digital hub on Townshend Street, Skibbereen, County Cork, operating since 2015. It has thirty-nine desks and four meeting rooms across an open coworking floor, four private offices and rooms including a penthouse boardroom seating twelve. Hot desks cost just over thirty euro a day including VAT, while membership starts at two hundred and forty euro a month excluding VAT with a three-month minimum, a deposit and an introductory meeting. Full members get around-the-clock access, meeting rooms, phone booths and free parking, and the hub also has showers, an event space and on-site staff. It opens Monday to Friday from half past eight until seven, with around-the-clock access for members, and serves both individual professionals and corporate teams.
